To drive the chosen culture takes time, though, and how can we tell when it has become a reality?

Steg 1

The  first phase in digital transformation is all about Planning & Preparing. This includes building Sense of Urgency, crafting the Digital Vision and at the end breaking it all down into the Digital Strategy. We need to spend time here,  it´s almost like the analogy of the space shuttle, who burns 85 percent of the fuel before reaching the atmosphere.

Steg  2

I  the second phase it is all about making it happen. Here we need to communicate and build loyalty around the strategy forward, engaging and empowering the organization and there after go with the flow and take the easiest steps that brings most benefit first. In this way we can celebrate victories early and be powered all up from them.

Steg  3

The third phase is about make it all stay and emerge. This is different from old IT-projects, it´s  neither a matter of pure IT, nor a project. Rather this is an ever going process where Digital and Change is a constant. To make it stay, grow and evolve and later form the emergent organization that takes care of it all, by themselves.
